Everyone wants to be seen, valued and heard.

   The desire to be noticed by another human being is innate.  We all want to be seen, valued and heard, but how often do you really feel like that happens?  How often do you really make others feel like they have been seen, valued, and heard by you?  It's a two way street in this world.  If you can't genuinely be present for another person then how can you expect them to be present for you.  I recently downloaded this great app. called Buddha's Brain (and yes I do think I have become obsessed with apps) but I found the newsletter that the app.
